INTERMOUNTAIN LODGING AND RESERVATION CENTER

CONDOMINIUM RENTALS OF PARK CITY IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT POLICY… two nights lodging and or 10% of any package options booked is due to confirm reservations. The balance of the total is due no later than forty five days prior to arrival twelve o'clock noon. Reservations are subject to cancellation with penalty if scheduled deposits are not received. In the event a reserved unit is not available, a like unit may be substituted. Like unit shall mean unit with equal rate, and occupancy. A $25.00 reservation fee is charged.

CANCELLATIONS… are accepted up to forty five days prior to arrival twelve o'clock noon with a first night's lodging or first deposit received, which ever is greater amount, service fee. Cancellations received less than forty five days prior twelve o'clock noon, may result in a forfeiture of all amounts paid. No refunds are given for early check- outs or late check- ins. Credit card guaranteed reservations are subject to above policy if arrival is not redeemed as reserved. No refunds can be given for emergencies medical or otherwise. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT GUESTS USE TRIP CANCELLATION / TRIP INTERUPTION INSURANCE.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE… is offered as a service to our clients. Contact our reservation department for form. IML does not sell insurance or act as an insurance agent for any particular company.

CHECK IN… a credit card imprint is taken at check in. The card must be in the name of the guest renting the accommodations. Guests are responsible for keys, garage openers, etc. and may be held liable for any excessive damage to the, furnishings, equipment and household items, excluding normal wear and tear. Credit Card imprints are secured for your safety. Early check-in and or late check- out can not be expected. Please arrange your arrival and departure schedules accordingly. Check-in 3:00 pm. Check-out 10:00 am. Limited luggage storage facilities are available.

CHECK IN LOCATION… Our front desk is open from 8:30 am, office close is dependant upon check ins. Late- night check ins are accommodated by specific request. IML maintains a 24 hour emergency management service. The main number advised guest of Manager on Duty phone number. The office is located at 1960 Sidewinder Ave. Suite 104. You are responsible for arranging your transportation to check-in, to your unit and return for check out. Express check-out service is offered on request. Reservation agents can help you book transportation.

HOUSEKEEPING… units receive a standard mid-stay housekeeping on stays of 5 or more nights. This includes a general lite- cleaning, full change of linens, and terries, replacement of amenities as needed, vacuum, and trash removal. Each unit is equipped for the standard occupancy as noted. Hotel and Studio-2 persons, 1bedroom-4 persons, 2 bedroom-4 persons, 3 bedroom- 6 persons. Additional amenities etc. will be provided for additional guest occupancy upon prior request. Additional housekeeping may be arranged at reasonable rates. Crowne Signature properties receive additional housekeeping services.

EXTRA SERVICES… cribs are available at $10.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available at $20.00 per night. Advance reservations are required and subject to availability. Concierge services are available at the front desk. Faxing, online cyber service, copying, minor secretarial services are available at nominal fees. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY UNITS.

DIRECTIONS FROM SALT LAKE CITY… Park City is located approximately 35 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport on hwy. 224 off I-80 east bound toward Cheyenne WY. Take I-15 south to 80 east; up the Canyon to the marked 224 exit. Enter Park City and turn left at Kearns Blvd. to Prospector Square. Turn right on Sidewinder. We are located two blocks east on the left in the BelleAire Building, Main entrance, ground floor, suite 104. Our office carries large signage to the right of the entrance.
